In some parts of the UK and the USA you may be able to get free tuition if after graduation you never earn more than a given threshold. This might seem attractive, but if poorly managed, it might lead to a limitation in thinking with regards your employment expectations.

In the UK there are also schemes such as means tested student funding based fee reduction, maintenance grants various University bursaries and grants.as well as sponsorship from the Armed Forces.

Alternatively, the following European countries charge absolutely no fees – tuition or administrative – primarily to European nationals, from this list Norway and the Czech Republic offer free tuition to people from the rest of the world.
